Why this exists
Most EU AI Act resources are prose. This is the underlying knowledge as open data — so developers, researchers and GRC tools can build on the obligation→evidence mapping directly, rather than re-deriving it. To our knowledge it is the only open, machine-readable dataset of EU AI Act obligations mapped to required audit evidence.

Structure
Each obligation record carries a stable id, a plain-language statement, the article/annex it derives from, the roles it applies to, the risk categories, a deadline reference, the evidence artifacts that satisfy it, the audit red flags, and primary-source citations. Deadlines carry full change history. See the methodology.
